Bradford views therapy as an authentic relationship between counselor and client that allows you as the client to show up as your whole self. This relationship provides space for you to explore, process and discuss whatever it is that brings you in that particular session. Bradford feels that the most genuine offering he can provide as a therapist is a non judgemental, culturally mindful approach that connects with you as the client, wherever you are in your individual journey. He believes in utilizing the strengths that you already have to serve as the foundation of where we will go. Bradford focuses on showing up in every session with the intent of connecting from a place of authenticity, empathy, mindfulness, and compassion.
From years of experience counseling in higher education and the RDU community , Bradford is a well rounded generalist therapist, capable of holding space for you as the client, regardless of the subject matter.
