BRADFORD HILL

MA, LCMHC, NCC

Bradford views therapy as an authentic relationship between counselor and client that allows you as the client to show up as your whole self. This relationship provides space for you to explore, process and discuss whatever it is that brings you in that particular session. Bradford feels that the most genuine offering he can provide as a therapist  is a non judgemental, culturally mindful approach that connects with you as the client, wherever you are in your individual journey. He believes in utilizing the strengths that you already have to serve as the foundation of where we will go. Bradford focuses on showing up in every session  with the intent of connecting from a place of authenticity, empathy, mindfulness, and compassion.

From years of experience counseling in higher education and the RDU community , Bradford is a well rounded generalist therapist, capable of holding space for you as the client, regardless of the subject matter. With that said, some of his specialties include working with all forms of relationships, performance anxiety(work, athletics, etc), exploring and processing difficult emotions, processing trauma, decision making around finances, masculinity and identity themed work, and work stress. Bradford welcomes adult clients, teens(16+up), couples, and athletes(current and former).

Bradford holds licensure as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, as well as credentialing as a Nationally Certified Counselor. Bradford graduated with his Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from UNC Pembroke, and prior received his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from North Carolina A&T State University. As a Raleigh native, Bradford has lived in the triangle for the majority of his life and takes great pride in serving the greater RDU community.
