Elizabeth is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCHMCA). She graduated from Wake Forest University with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Elizabeth works with clients that are experiencing depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, relationship problems, substance use disorders, and general life transitions.
Utilizing a collaborative and strengths-based approach, Elizabeth provides a warm and therapeutic environment for her clients. She enjoys working with adolescents, adults, and couples. As a therapist, she aims to empower her clients on their journey to wellness by incorporating a variety of techniques drawing from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
When Elizabeth is out of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband Erik and their dog Macie; going on weekend trips to Lake Lure and Carolina Beach, and visiting with friends and family.
