Erin is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS). She graduated from East Carolina University with a Master of Science in Substance Abuse and Clinical Counseling. She has also received certifications in Military and Trauma Counseling and Rehabilitation Counseling.
Erin's style is fluid, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. She utilizes a person centered approach to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Radical Acceptance, Exposure Therapy, etc. Erin recognizes that mental health and substance abuse also impacts loved ones, therefore, she provides education and support while encouraging boundary setting and self-care.
