
Riverstone Wellness Collaborative is currently hiring for a clinician to join our group in a part-time position with the goal of slowly building a caseload to full-time status. This position will be in our Raleigh Office and will include evening and weekend hours. We are specifically seeking clinicians with experience and/or interest in working with children.

Therapist Job Duties

Counseling individuals, couples, families and/or groups
- Diagnosing client mental and emotional disorders

Evaluating clients through conversations, interviews, and observations to determine if further assessments are needed

Developing a treatment plans for clients that may include counseling, medication, or other services

Setting goals and discussing treatment plans with clients
-
Assisting and supporting clients through difficult life changes and challenges
-
Educating clients on strategies and coping skills

Referring clients to resources such as psychiatrists, treatment facilities, or community services as needed

Maintaining good working relationships with colleagues; collaborating with other professionals for the purpose of holistic client care
Therapist Requirements and Qualifications

Clinician must be licensed as an LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or equivalent. Associate level clinicians are encouraged to apply

Possesses superb written and spoken communication skills

Has excellent interpersonal skills with clients, colleagues, and community resources

Is able to provide compassionate care of clients

Has excellent time management skills; is organized and able to manage competing priorities

Is comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple clients

Is able to organize and appropriately maintain case files, schedules, and client data

Presents as calm and cool-headed with a positive attitude

Is self-directed and self-motivated

Is comfortable with building personal relationships and dedicated to helping others

Maintains empathy and is supportive with mentorship and leadership skills

Has a Master’s degree in psychology, clinical mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work or a related mental health field, from an accredited school

Holds a license to provide therapeutic services in North Carolina as issued by the appropriate state licensing board

Has proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) or similar

Is able to work daytime and evening hours

Possesses good interpersonal skills and communication skills
