Julia enjoys working with individuals of all ages and especially values the dynamic benefits of family therapies. Her areas of expertise include challenges associated with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, understanding and coping with emotions, interpersonal relationships, and fraught life transitions. In her work with children and adolescents, she incorporates creative and expressive opportunities that meet each patient’s age and unique developmental needs.
Julia received her Master of Social Work degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of North Carolina. Julia is an active member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and the North Carolina Society for Clinical Social Work.
