Sarah is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA). She earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. She enjoys working with people across the lifespan - adolescents, adults, and senior citizens, offering support for those with anxiety disorders, low self esteem/confidence, neurodivergence, and stress/trauma.

Sarah utilizes an eclectic, person-centered style - she likes to incorporate a little humor and a lot of empathy into her sessions. Her focus is on the client, what they bring to each session, and navigating their journey along side them. Sarah believes in the power of building an authentic and trusting therapeutic relationship with her clients. Her hope is to make therapy feel more approachable, creating a space where each client can feel seen, valued, and heard.
