Dayhana A. Ray

Dayhana A. Ray (she/her/ella) is a bilingual Latina Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor based in North Carolina. As a first-generation Dominican American, Dayhana is deeply passionate about supporting the mental health and wellness of BIPOC women.

Dayhana specializes in working with first-generation adults struggling with anxiety, self-criticism, and developmental & attachment trauma. Her therapeutic approach is holistic, somatic, trauma-informed, and rooted in social justice. She is committed to cultural authenticity that honors your lived experiences. Dayhana is on her own journey to reconnect with her Indigenous Taino roots and incorporated Indigenous teachings into her practice. Additionally, she holds a 200-hour yoga certification.
