Jacqueline is a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate. She holds a bachelor's degree in Creative Arts Therapy from The University of the Arts and a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from North Carolina Central University.

 

Jacqueline utilizes an integrated approach to therapy- meaning there is no "one size fits all." Some techniques that may be used include Person-Centered, Mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. In essence, this integrative counseling approach strives to balance mindful awareness, a genuine and empathic relationship with the client, and a collaborative effort to identify what changes can be made to minimize emotional and behavioral disturbances.

 

She believes in providing a safe space for clients to explore their unique journey while feeling heard, respected, and accepted. Jacqueline thinks we all have our strengths. "Together, we can discover and tap into those strengths to use them to your advantage!"​
